How is Custom Product different from Digital Product?

Digital Product = files you've already made (PDF, course videos, templates). Auto-delivered via download link after checkout.
Custom Product = work you make AFTER buyer pays (audit, custom plan, Ask Me Anything answer). No file upload — you deliver manually via email/DM/Drive. Same checkout, different fulfilment.

How is Custom Product different from Service Booking or 1:1 Calls?

Custom Product = paid offer with manual delivery. No calendar, no live call. Buyer pays → you deliver → done.
1:1 Calls = scheduled live call (Zoom/Meet). Calendar booking required.
Service Booking = custom services with quote process (photography gigs, large projects). Includes intake form + scheduling.
Rule: one-off async work = Custom Product. Live calls = 1:1 Calls. Larger scoped projects = Service Booking.

How do I actually deliver the work to the buyer?

Custom Product doesn't lock you into one delivery method. Email works (reply to confirmation thread). Google Docs for marked-up audits. Notion docs for personalized roadmaps. Loom videos for funnel walkthroughs. Drive / Dropbox links for larger files. Whatever fits the work. The buyer's email is in your customer base — use it.

Can I collect a brief or intake form before delivery?

Yes — customize the confirmation email to include an intake brief. ("Reply with your pitch deck, top 3 goals, and 2 specific questions you want answered.") The intake reply lands in your inbox, and you start the work. For more structured intake, link to a Tally / Typeform inside the confirmation email.

Can I have multiple variants / packages?

Yes — create one Custom Product per variant. "Strategy Audit — Standard" ($99), "Strategy Audit — Premium" ($249), "Strategy Audit — Deep Dive" ($499). Each is its own product page with its own price + description. Buyers self-select the right tier.

What about refunds — what if a buyer isn't happy?

Set your refund + guarantee terms once in Settings → Payments → Terms & Conditions — they apply to all products. When a buyer requests a refund, you process it via Stripe in one click. CreatorStore doesn't enforce a policy — you decide your terms.
