How much does CreatorStore cost?
We've designed plans for different stages of a creator business — pick the one that fits where you are. All plans include 0% commission, Stripe + PayPal, unlimited sales, and a 14-day free trial without a credit card. The only extra deduction is Stripe or PayPal's standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30), which goes to them — not to us. See the plans section above to compare and pick what fits your needs.
What does "0% commission" mean?
We don't take a cut of your sales. The monthly plan price you see is the full cost we charge. Stripe and PayPal still charge their standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30), but that money goes to them — not to CreatorStore.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Start your 14-day trial without a card. You add billing details only when you decide to continue.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Pro-rated charges apply, and your data, products and customers stay intact.
How do the plans differ?
Plans differ by product types available (basic vs advanced like Bundles, Session Packs, Service Bookings), subscriber and storage limits, design customization depth, tracking pixels (Facebook, Google Analytics, TikTok, LinkedIn), custom domain availability, and support response time. Pick the plan based on what you need today — you can always upgrade as you grow.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
You'll see a notice in your dashboard before anything stops working. From there you can upgrade to a higher plan with expanded limits.
Are there really no transaction fees?
Correct — CreatorStore takes 0% commission on every sale. The only deduction is Stripe or PayPal's standard processing fee, which goes directly to them.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Stripe also handles VAT and Sales Tax automatically based on the buyer's location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks — no calls, no emails, no retention scripts. Your store stays accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
