How to sell webinars — free or paid seats

Every Webinar on CreatorStore follows the same 3-step flow: set the schedule (single session or multi-week cohort), cap the seat count, publish the signup page. When someone registers, they instantly get a Zoom or Google Meet link, a calendar invite, and automated reminder emails at 24h and 1h before the session. Optional post-event recording upload is delivered to attendees automatically.

Do I need Zoom Webinars or just regular Zoom?
Either works. Regular Zoom Meeting links handle up to 100 participants on a free Zoom account, 300 on Pro. Use Zoom Webinars if you need 500+ or want the webinar-specific UI (Q&A, raised hands moderated). Google Meet and custom URLs (Crowdcast, StreamYard, Riverside) also supported.
How does one webinar product hold multiple events?
Each row in your listing is its own webinar event — with its own link, date, time, price, seat cap. Mix free + paid in one product: e.g. "Free Intro · Jun 8" + "Strategy Workshop $49 · Jun 11" + "Masterclass $99 · Jun 15". Attendees see all events on one page and pick one.
Can I run the same webinar at multiple times?
Yes — duplicate the row with a new date. Each event is independent, so you can offer the same content at 3 different time slots (e.g. Mon 18:00, Wed 15:00, Sat 10:00). Each has its own seat cap and registration list.
What's the difference between Webinar and Session Pack?
Webinar = one live event, many attendees. Session Pack = multiple 1:1 (or small-group) sessions, one client. Webinar is "many to one", Session Pack is "one to one". Use Webinar for workshops/masterclasses, Session Pack for ongoing coaching.
Can attendees join from a different time zone?
Yes. You set the time in your time zone. Every attendee sees the session in their local time, auto-converted by browser. Calendar invite respects their timezone.
What happens if I have to cancel a session?
Cancel the session from your dashboard. All registered attendees get an auto-email with your reason. Refunds (for paid tickets) processed per your cancellation policy in Terms & Conditions.
Do attendees get a recording afterward?
Only if you provide one. After the session, paste the recording URL (Zoom cloud, YouTube unlisted, Google Drive) into the dashboard — it's auto-emailed to every attendee. Great moment to also pitch a follow-up offer.
Can I sell webinars in different currencies?
Yes — Stripe handles multi-currency. Set price in your base currency, attendees see their local currency at checkout. VAT and Sales Tax handled automatically.
Do I pay extra to sell webinars?
