CreatorStore Partner Program Terms
Draft for approval · Version 1.0 · Effective date: to be determined upon approval.
Important. This version is based on an internal draft of the Partner Program. Parameters configurable in the admin dashboard and provisions identified as requiring approval must be verified before this document is published as a binding agreement.
1. Parties and Definitions
These Partner Program Terms (the “Agreement”) govern participation in the CreatorStore referral program. Platform means CreatorStore Labs LLC (“CreatorStore,” “we”), operator of creatorstore.co. Partner means a CreatorStore user who has joined the program and accepted this Agreement.
Referral Link means the Partner’s personal link containing a ?ref=... code; it may include an additional campaign-tracking tag. Referral means a new user acquired under Section 3. Payment means a successful, non-refunded payment for a paid CreatorStore plan. Commission means the Partner’s reward calculated on the applicable Payment. Hold means the verification period during which a Commission is “Pending” and unavailable for withdrawal.
This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy. This Agreement governs Partner Program-specific rules; mandatory requirements of applicable law prevail.
2. Joining the Program
Under the current program model, a registered CreatorStore Creator may join after verifying their email address, linking an active payment card, and accepting this Agreement. Requirements are checked when joining. Removing the card later does not, by itself, terminate participation.
The Partner receives one personal referral code. It does not change and remains valid unless participation ends or is blocked. Moving the Partner’s store to the Free plan does not stop Commission accrual under the applicable rules. Separate payout request conditions are set out in Section 8.
3. Referral Attribution
After a visitor follows a Referral Link, a 30-day attribution window applies. The last referral click before registration is credited. The Referral is assigned to the Partner at registration and cannot subsequently be transferred to another Partner.
To keep the assignment valid for Commission accrual, the Referral must make the first successful Payment within 45 days after registration. If not, the assignment expires. Visits from users who are already signed in are not tracked as new Referrals.
Cookies and other tracking technologies are used in accordance with the Cookie Policy and applicable consent requirements. Attribution may depend on browser settings and visitor consent; clicking the link alone does not guarantee a Commission.
4. Commission Rates and Calculation
Commission is calculated as a percentage of each qualifying Payment for a paid CreatorStore plan made by a Referral. Registrations without payment, free trials, and zero-value test charges do not earn Commissions. Calculations are made in USD, with Commissions rounded to the nearest cent. For UAH payments, the USD amount determined by the payment provider or Platform accounting before payout conversion is used.
The rate depends on the Partner tier, number of qualified Referrals, or individually agreed terms. The program draft sets out these initial rates, which must be checked against the Partner dashboard before launch:
| Tier | Commission | Qualified Referrals from |
|---|---|---|
| Partner | 20% | 0 |
| Growth | 25% | 10 |
| Pro | 30% | 30 |
| Elite | 35% | 75 |
| Ambassador | 40% | 150 |
For a particular Payment, the rate in effect when it is made applies. Amounts previously accrued are not recalculated when the tier changes. An attained tier is not automatically reduced; Referrals whose Payments are fully refunded do not count toward the tier.
The reward period is 12 months from the Referral’s first Payment (parameter requiring approval). The period and applicable terms are recorded for each Referral. Changes in rates, tiers, and program parameters apply only to future events and do not reduce accrued Commissions or established terms for Referrals acquired earlier.
5. Holds and Referral Qualification
Each Commission is held for 30 days from the Payment date (configurable parameter). A Referral becomes qualified and their Commissions may move into the available balance when either condition is met: a second Payment for the next billing period is successfully made and not refunded, or 120 days have passed since the first Payment without a refund. Each individual Commission’s minimum hold period also applies.
Each Referral can qualify only once. If a Referral cancels a subscription and later subscribes again, this does not create a new qualification. Before a Partner’s first payout, no more than 10 Referrals may qualify per month (configurable limit); the rest wait until the next month or a manual Platform review. These periods and limits must be confirmed in program settings before publication.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a Payment is fully or partially refunded, the related Commission is reduced proportionally to the refund amount. If the Commission is on hold, the refunded portion will not become available for payout.
If a Commission has already become available or has been paid, the adjustment is offset against future accruals. The Partner’s balance may temporarily become negative. Under the model described in the draft, CreatorStore does not separately demand repayment of amounts already paid but offsets them against subsequent Commissions, with no time limit on such offsets. This rule requires separate legal review before approval.
7. Fraud Prevention and Prohibited Activities
A Referral is not credited if the Partner refers their own store; the Referral’s email address or telephone number matches the Partner’s; the card used for the Referral’s first Payment was previously linked to the Partner’s store; or that card had already been used for the first Payment of another Referral.
CreatorStore may investigate signs of abuse, including matching devices and network characteristics, unusually rapid registrations, and sudden spikes in first Payments. Payouts may be temporarily suspended if the Partner has two or more Referrals with full refunds or chargebacks pending review (configurable threshold). Commissions arising from confirmed fraudulent transactions may be voided with a reason given. After a block, new Referrals are no longer credited; previously accrued amounts are handled based on the review results and applicable law.
Additional prohibitions proposed for approval: mass spam and unlawful promotional messages; bidding on CreatorStore-branded search terms without permission; pretending to represent CreatorStore; false product claims; cookie stuffing; and incentivized or purchased traffic where the program rules do not allow it. These prohibitions must be separately approved before becoming binding program rules.
The Partner may request reasons for a restriction or appeal a decision using the contact details in Section 14. This is a proposed contractual procedure and the corresponding support process must be provided in practice.
8. Requesting and Making Payouts
Under the current draft, a request can be submitted if: the available balance is at least USD 50; payout details are provided; the Partner’s store has an active paid plan (a trial does not count); the Partner has accepted the current Agreement; and no other payout request is open. The request covers the entire available balance.
Note: the active paid-plan requirement applies to payout requests, but not to Commission accrual. This material restriction requires separate approval before publication of the Agreement.
The draft provides for one payout cycle per month, on the 5th or the nearest payout day after the request, with no more than one payout to a Partner in a cycle. Listed methods are SWIFT in USD and Ukrainian IBAN in UAH using the recipient’s details (full name, tax number if necessary, IBAN). UAH amounts are calculated using the exchange rate on the transfer date; the applicable rate is shown in the payout confirmation. The actual availability of methods and currencies must be checked before launch.
Intermediary and recipient bank fees are borne by the Partner; therefore, the amount credited may be lower than the amount sent. The Partner is responsible for accurate payout details. Changing payout details requires reauthorization and an email notification.
The Partner may cancel a payout request before the transfer starts. After a transfer begins, the request cannot be canceled or redirected to other payment details. If CreatorStore rejects a request before transfer, it provides a reason and returns the amount to the available balance.
9. Taxes and Payment Documentation
The Partner must properly report rewards and fulfill their own tax obligations under applicable law. CreatorStore may request information and documents necessary for lawful payouts, accounting, and mandatory reporting.
Requires legal and accounting review: payments to individuals in Ukraine, applicable tax withholding, requirements for different categories of Ukrainian sole proprietors (FOP), payments to nonresidents, currency controls, and documents for international transfers. Nothing in this Agreement exempts either party from mandatory tax rules.
10. Affiliate Advertising Transparency
The Partner must clearly tell their audience that they may receive compensation for recommending CreatorStore or for visits through their Referral Link. Disclosure of affiliate relationships must be understandable, prominent, and comply with the law applicable to the audience targeted by the advertising. Acceptance of this obligation may additionally be confirmed with a separate checkbox when joining the program.
11. Changes to the Agreement and Program
CreatorStore may update this Agreement and program rules, notifying the Partner in the manner provided in the Terms of Service and mandatory law. Under the described mechanism, new payout requests are blocked until the new version is accepted, while Referral acquisition and Commission accrual may continue under the existing rules.
If the program is suspended, no new Referrals are assigned, while accruals for previously acquired Referrals continue under the previously established conditions unless confirmed fraud or mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Termination of Participation and Account Deletion
A Partner may terminate program participation or request account deletion. Under the described technical implementation, deletion is blocked while a payout request remains open; where an available balance exists, the Partner must separately confirm waiving that balance. This waiver and its legal consequences require further review: account deletion must not automatically deprive a Partner of lawfully due compensation contrary to applicable law.
Commission and payout history may be retained after account closure for lawful accounting, tax, and audit purposes. The draft proposal for automatic forfeiture of all unpaid amounts for breaching fraud-prevention rules has not been approved; voiding should apply to the relevant invalid or fraudulent accruals and comply with applicable law.
13. Personal Data and Referral Statistics
Under the described implementation, IP addresses used for fraud checks are stored as salted hashes; Referrals are shown to Partners in de-identified form by ID, without names, email addresses, or store names. Hashing does not always amount to anonymization in the legal sense, so the data must be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Referral tracking and cookies are also described in the Cookie Policy. The Partner remains independently responsible for the legality of their own advertising lists, messages, and marketing activities.
14. Liability, Disputes, and Contact
CreatorStore does not guarantee the Partner any particular number of Referrals, earnings, or amount of future rewards. Accrual depends on actually verified Payments and compliance with these Terms.
Requires approval: a separate limitation of liability in Partner relationships, governing law, and dispute resolution. Until agreed, relevant provisions of the Terms of Service apply to the general relationship with the Platform to the extent allowed by law and not inconsistent with special mandatory requirements.
